At DecorHacks, we ship our premium peel & stick tiles directly from our specialized manufacturing facility to your doorstep. This allows us to offer you the highest quality professional-grade materials without the middleman markup.

1. Where do we ship?
We proudly ship to the UK, Germany, France, most European countries and most countries around the world.

2. Shipping Costs
We keep it simple:

Standard Tracked Shipping: €15 (For orders under €70)
FREE Express Shipping: On all orders over €70 🎉

3. Delivery Times
Since our products are made-to-order or shipped from our central international warehouse, please allow a little extra time for your transformation kit to arrive.

Processing Time: 1-3 Business Days (We quality check every pack).
Estimated Delivery:
- 🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 7 - 12 Business Days
- 🇩🇪 Germany / France: 8 - 12 Business Days
- 🇪🇺 Rest of Europe: 10 - 15 Business Days

Note: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched.

4. Customs & Duties (Important for UK/EU Customers)
We’ve got you covered!

✅ Tax Included: We use the IOSS system. All VAT and duties are pre-paid by us.
✅ No Hidden Fees: The price you see at checkout is the final price. You will NOT be charged extra by the postman.

5. My tracking hasn't moved?
Don't panic! International parcels sometimes take a few days to clear customs or hand over to your local courier (e.g., Royal Mail / Hermes / DHL). If there is no update for 7 days, please contact us at support@decorhackstiles.com.
