Can I use them behind a gas hob?
Yes! Our 3D Gel Tiles are heat resistant up to 120°C. Please ensure a safety distance of 20cm from the naked flame.
Are they waterproof for showers?
Absolutely. They are 100% waterproof and mold-resistant. Just ensure your walls are dry before applying.
How do I cut them?
You don't need a tile cutter! A sharp utility knife (Stanley knife) or heavy-duty scissors works perfectly.

How long is shipping?
Standard tracked shipping takes 7-12 business days. We ship directly from our manufacturing hub to offer you the best price.
Will I be charged VAT/Customs?
No. We use the IOSS system for all EU/UK orders. All taxes and duties are pre-paid by us. The price you see is the final price.
Returns
What if my order arrives damaged?
Don't worry! Send us a photo within 48 hours, and we will send a free replacement immediately. No need to return the damaged items.
