1. The "Damage or Defect" Guarantee
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, you do NOT need to return it.

Simply email us a photo of the damage at support@decorhackstiles.com within 48 hours of delivery.

We will send you a Free Replacement or issue a Full Refund immediately.

2. "Change of Mind" Returns
Because we offer free shipping on large orders and ship internationally, we have specific rules for returns due to "changed mind" or "ordered wrong style":

You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Condition: Items must be unused, uncut, and in their original packaging (fully resellable).

Return Shipping Cost: Since we are an international brand, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost to our warehouse (located in China). We recommend using a trackable service.

Tip: We strongly recommend ordering a "Sample" or a "Pack of 10" first to check the color and texture before placing a large order.
3. Colour Variation
Please note that colors may vary slightly from screen to screen. We try our best to represent the texture (3D Gel / Foam / Flat) accurately in our photos.
4. How to initiate a return?
Please email support@decorhackstiles.com with your Order # and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected (or your photo proof is approved), we will process your refund to your original payment method (PayPal / Credit Card) within 3-5 business days.
6.EU Right of Withdrawal (European Customers)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, please notify us at support@decorhackstiles.com before the 14-day period expires. You must then return the items within 14 days of notifying us.
We will issue a full refund — including the original standard delivery cost — within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return), using the same payment method as your original purchase.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.
