Matte Hand-Painted Finish Statement Zero paint fumes, zero drywall damage, and zero artificial sheen. Enjoy the authentic, light-absorbing chalk finish of a hand-painted coastal fresco in minutes.

Golden Hour Ocean Waves: A Hand-Painted Coastal Sanctuary

Infuse your living space with the restorative power of rhythmic ocean swells and twilight warmth. The Sunset Ocean Waves Boho Arch Wall Decal Removable Mural captures an evocative coastal seascape where a luminous golden sun descends beneath billowing terracotta, rust, and amber clouds, casting its reflection across dramatic cresting ocean waves.

Blending Japanese Ukiyo-e woodblock wave artistry with earthy modern bohemian minimalism, this architectural arch brings depth, grounding tranquility, and visual height to any room. Crafted with an ultra-matte, non-reflective finish, it creates the illusion of a custom-painted wall fresco without the permanent commitment, drywall damage, or messy paste.

Where to Style Your Sunset Wave Arch

Bohemian Living Room Accent: Place beside low linen sofas, rattan accents, and oak shelving to anchor your main seating area with an inspiring coastal vista.
Serene Bedroom Headboard Backdrop: Center behind your bed frame (or style dual arches for king beds) to cultivate a calming, nature-infused sleep sanctuary.
Spa-Inspired Bathroom & Powder Room: Position beside vanity mirrors or freestanding bathtubs to introduce soothing movement and deep indigo depth.
Inviting Entryway Alcove: Transform compact hallways and foyers into memorable, photogenic architectural moments that draw the eye upward.

2-Panel Seamless Application & Renter-Safe Removal

Single-Person Bubble-Free Application

Wall Prep: Wipe down surface with a clean microfiber cloth to remove dust. Ensure wall is completely dry.
Position Sheet 1 (Left): Peel back approximately 15 cm (6 inches) of the top backing paper. Align top curved arch, confirm vertical plumb line, and adhere lightly.
Smooth Downward: Slowly peel backing paper downwards while smoothing from center to edges using a squeegee to eliminate air bubbles.
Align Sheet 2 (Right): Match the artwork along the engineered 1 cm overlap guideline. Press firmly and smooth downward for a seamless joint.

100% Zero-Damage Clean Removal

Warm Gently: Warm decal surface with a hairdryer on low heat for 15–20 seconds to soften the adhesive.
Slow Peel: Lift an upper corner and peel downward slowly at a smooth 45-degree angle.
Preserve Wall Paint: Releases cleanly without tearing drywall or leaving sticky residue, keeping your security deposit safe.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Are the seams between the two 40cm panels noticeable once joined?

Not at all. The mural is engineered with a dedicated 1 cm overlap alignment guide down the vertical center. By overlapping the second sheet along this precision guideline, the intricate ocean wave crests, sun contours, and cloud patterns align seamlessly, rendering the join virtually invisible.

2. Is the surface reflective, or does it have a cheap plastic shine?

Zero plastic shine. We use an advanced ultra-matte, light-diffusing painted-finish film. The surface features a refined velvety chalk-matte texture that absorbs ambient light, providing the rich, authentic appearance of genuine hand-painted latex mural artwork.

3. Will removing this decal peel off wall paint or cost me my rental deposit?

It is completely renter-friendly. Our proprietary pressure-sensitive adhesive bonds firmly to smooth surfaces yet releases cleanly without damaging underlying primer or drywall. Simply warm the surface slightly with a hairdryer and peel slowly to leave walls completely untouched with zero repainting required.

4. How do I install this 1.8-meter-tall decal easily without air bubbles?

Installation is effortless for one person when following our top-down method: peel down just the first 15 cm of protective backing paper, position and anchor the curved arch crown, and then peel the backing downwards gradually while smoothing from the center outwards with a squeegee. This pushes out all air before bubbles can form.
